Today is an auspicious day as Chartis Malaysia Insurance Berhad, a general insurance company has officially launched its Bukit Mertajam branch located at 1st Floor, No. 50, Jalan Limau Manis 3, Off Jalan Song Ban Kheng, Taman Limau Manis, 14000 BUKIT MERTAJAM, PENANG, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. Chartis Malaysia Insurance Berhad's CEO, Mr Matt Harris was in town together with his team of senior management lead by Mr Ganeswaran Subramaniam, Head of Agency and Branch Channel Management and executives to grace the occasion.

Agents and business associates, panel workshops and panel adjusters and clients were invited for tea and refreshments and witnessed the opening ceremony. The day began with big bangs from the fire crackers and the beats of the drums and cymbals of the lion dance troupe. There were two golden lions to usher the VVIPs and guests to the ribbons cutting ceremony then followed the signing of the plaque by CEO, Mr Matt Harris for Chartis Malaysia Insurance Berhad mounted on the wall of the new branch office.
The new office is headed by Branch Manager, Sam who is a local bred of Bukit Mertajam and has been Chartis's Sales Manager of the Year 2010. He was based at Ipoh branch prior to his posting here. Welcome back to BM your hometown, Sam. By the way, Mr Ganeswaran Subramaniam is also from Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
